Rules
outdonate is a public leaderboard. There are no ads, no API keys, and no revenue share — because there is no revenue. Your donation goes to the charity, and your rank is what you gave. Nothing else moves it.
How ranking works
- New listings are whole US dollars, $5 minimum, $999,999 maximum, $1 at a time.
- Taking #1 costs at least $5 more than the current top total. Giving less still puts you on the board at whatever rank that total can take.
- Equal totals keep the order they were reached — the older listing holds the higher rank.
- Enter the same website or @handle again to raise your listing. You only pay the difference, and nobody else can take your rank by paying that difference.
- App Store, Play Store, GitHub, LinkedIn and similar platform links are keyed by their path, so different apps and profiles don't share a listing. Tracking query strings are ignored.
Where the money goes
- You donate directly to the charity through Every.org. outdonate never holds, forwards, or takes a cut of your donation — we could not skim it if we wanted to.
- Every.org is the 501(c)(3) of record and issues your receipt, not us.
- Your rank appears once the donation is confirmed. A completed donation is what claims a rank.
- Donations are final. We cannot refund what we never received — a refund is between you and Every.org, and a refunded donation loses its rank.
What you can list
- A product website, or an X @handle.
- Chat and invite links are not allowed — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal and similar. The board is for products and profiles, not group chats.
- Links to sexual content are not allowed.
- Query parameters are stripped from listing links. Affiliate, referral and tracking URLs will not work.
- Link shortener URLs are replaced by the URL they redirect to.
- We remove listings that are hateful, deceptive, or illegal. This is a charity leaderboard; a donation does not buy the right to put anything at the top of it.
